Original shipping cost will not be part of the credit.
For warranty related issues, view the Warranty Policy, click here. To return a product, prior request for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be submitted. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued, will be returned at the customer's expense.

2. Original order #
3. Reason for return
What happens after an RMA is requested?
We will email back the RMA documentation. Please do the following after receiving a RMA:
1. Include a copy of the RMA with the product being returned
2. Clearly mark outside of the box with the RMA number
3. Ship back via UPS and email tracking # to email@example.com
