Original shipping cost will not be part of the credit.

What happens after an RMA is requested?
We will email back the RMA documentation. Please do the following after receiving a RMA:
1. Include a copy of the RMA with the product being returned
2. Clearly mark outside of the box with the RMA number
3. Ship back via UPS and email tracking # to firstname.lastname@example.org
